Oneonta Mobile Pantry
A volunteering campaign for Community Food Bank of Central Alabama.
About This Campaign
School and business closures mean that our community needs us more than ever before. CFB needs YOU to help us get food out quickly and safely to our neighbors in need. The Oneonta Mobile Pantry operates as a drive-through where participants remain in their vehicles, pop the trunk, and volunteers place the grocery boxes in the car. No face-to-face contact or transfer of paper documents is required to ensure the safety of clients and volunteers as we all practice our social distancing techniques.

Campaign to Support Community Food Bank of Central Alabama
The Community Food Bank of Central Alabama’s mission is to feed people in need today and foster collaborative solutions to end hunger tomorrow. We accomplish this mission by supplying 12 million meals a year to 250 food pantries, shelters and children’s programs in 12 counties of Central Alabama.
We also create healthy food access by feeding children at risk of hunger during school breaks, delivering fresh produce to residents living in isolated communities and providing food to under-nourished mothers of critically ill infants through on-site hospital food pantries.
